The services offered are sub-rosa surveillance investigation in relation to workers compensation claims, specifically, surveillance of an employee’s physical abilities and limitations while on medical restrictions, documenting observations with a detailed, written report accompanied with video and/or photographs.

1b.   The lowest priced investigation services are priced at $64.00 per hour and $0.55 per mile traveled by the investigator.

1c.   Job Title – Sub-Rosa Investigator

The sub-rosa investigator is responsible for conducting full confidential field investigations which can include necessary information data base checks; statements from witnesses and involved parties; skip tracing missing parties or finding the actual location of parties; pre-surveillance checks and surveillance with video documentation of the parties activities and abilities and providing full captioned reports to the client.

All investigators receive extensive company training and apprenticing. Each investigator utilized in any investigation is has sufficient experience, training and education to meet all applicable state licensing requirements for private investigators in the applicable state. The functional responsibility of each investigator is to complete the investigation in a timely and professional matter, in keeping with all industry standards, and provide a report of the results of the investigation.

All investigator actions on a case are directed by our experienced supervisory Sub-Rosa Investigators, and all reports are reviewed by the supervisory Investigator before delivery to the client, to provide guidance and direction for each investigation and review all work performed to ensure that standards of timeless, regulations, and effectiveness are met.

4. GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE (DELIVERY AREA):   Domestic delivery within the 48 contiguous states, and Washington, DC.

5. Points of Production:   As required by assignment. Cases supervised from Los Angeles address above. Services are rendered at the various and variable locations where field investigations are needed.

SURVEILLANCE INVESTIGATION - A Surveillance Investigation is done to confirm or refute suspicions or allegations of invalid claim status or to document the actual physical abilities of the claimant/employee. Video or digital film documenting the activities of the claimant is obtained. Full captioned report is returned to requesting official with a copy of all video tapes/digital films made.
