DMA started in Los Angeles in 1979 and is headquartered there today. We have grown over the years and now provide field adjusting services in more than 40 states as our core business. Claims administration (TPA) was added as a separate division in the late 1990s and is focused on Auto and Homeowners programs. As our TPA division grew, vehicle appraisal and total loss services were added for the Auto programs and are offered on a standalone basis.
